Michael Penney’s Latest Venture

The Michael Penney who designed my very favourite kitchen (which happened to be his own!) while he was working at Canadian House and Home Magazine…
And the same Michael Penney who has been appearing on the Marilyn Denis Show sharing his know-how…
And the same Michael Penney who has been working with Sarah Richardson at her design firm!
Well, he is putting all that behind him and opening his own little shop in Whitby, Ontario!
He found the perfect spot in an old, downtown building and is currently fixing it up. I can just imagine what type of fun goods will be in there (Michael also happens to be the king of antiquing!). And Whitby isn’t too far away from me, so I will definitely be checking it out when it opens.
Oh to have a shop of one’s own!
