Caitie and Andrew’s Wedding Preparation
August 28, 2012As you all may know, Shannon and I were super busy last week with preparation for Caitie and Andrew’s apple orchard wedding. Everything took place on Saturday and we are extremely happy with how it all turned out!
Before we show you the end result, we wanted to share a couple photos of the prep before the big day!
I have never had so may flowers packed in my car before! Checking my rear view was not really an option…..
We wanted the hydrangeas to be a certain colour so when in doubt, floral spray paint is the way to go!
This was the beautiful tent before we set up all our decor. With all the paneling closed this tent became just a tad bit hot. Thank our lucky stars for those amazing fans!
With the help of the wonderful bridesmaids, we had created these awesome globes to hang by the stage and dessert table. Let me tell you, hot air definitely rises.
We needed something to signify from the street where the wedding was being held. What better way to do this but with over-sized balloons!
By the end of a three day set up we were thrilled with how everything turned out! Shannon and I just wanted to thank everyone who helped us out with the whole set up process! We couldn’t have done it without all of your support!

This is actually the Grooms parents house! They live on and run the most beautiful apple orchard!
Amazing! We love Orchard farms, such a romantic place and cozy atmosphere. We’ll be doing a wedding in Niagara on the lake this weekend inside an Orchard farm as well!
