Erin & Paul’s Wedding

Posted on by Shannon

Happy Monday!  And today is an especially good Monday!

I’m officially on maternity leave (and couldn’t be happier!) and we have another beautiful wedding under our belt.

On Saturday, I spent the day setting up for Erin and Paul’s wedding at The Fifth in downtown Toronto.  Robin was at an all-weekend Photoshop/blogging course, so I was doing it solo, but we hired some help of course.

Erin only got in touch with us about a month ago.  She is in the decor business and planned to do her own flowers, but realized it was just going to be too much, so she hired us! She already had the vision and the supplies – she just needed us to implement and set up, which was fine with us!

Here are the centerpieces…

And the seating chart area which I wrote out…

And little vignettes around the venue…

And, finally, some genius ideas that we cannot take any credit for…

Erin and Paul made this BBQ rub and gave one out to each guest. Love the “To keepin’ it spicy” tag!

And they spend a lot of time at the cottage, so, instead of a typical guest sign book, they bought a Muskoka chair and left Sharpies for their guests to sign it! Love it!

So, that’s that.  Once we get some professional pics back from Erin, we will show you the bouquets.  And you just have to see a picture of the bride – she looked gorgeous!!!

And stay tuned for Robin’s wrap up post of BlogShop tomorrow. Let’s just say, I’m super jealous I missed it!

Ta-ta!
